When it comes to public safety, nothing has been left to chance. To make your visit to the FrancoFolies both pleasant and secure, first aid teams patrol the site during festival hours, and there are two first aid stations on site.

The first aid stations are located in the following areas:

Wheelchair loan service

A free wheelchair loan service is offered through the Info-Francos La Presse kiosk at the corner of Ste. Catherine Street and Jeanne-Mance Street. Persons who wish to use this service are asked to inquire into the availability of wheelchairs through our reception or Info-Francos La Presse+ kiosk staff. Wheelchairs are clearly marked with an orange flag, and persons who use this free service will be asked to fill out a form and provide proof of identity (a valid driver’s licence or health insurance card). Wheelchairs must be returned before the site closes.

The bicycle parking areas are conveniently located on the periphery of the FrancoFolies site:

  • De Bleury Street, at the corner of De Maisonneuve Boulevard
  • St. Laurent Boulevard, at the corner of De Maisonneuve Boulevard (Saint-Laurent metro station)

Bicycle parking areas are clearly identified on the map of the site using the following pictogram Pictogram

These parking areas also include a pigeonhole storage bin for skateboards. Persons who use this service will be asked to fill out a form and provide proof of identity (a valid driver’s licence or health insurance card).
