- First aid
-
When it comes to public safety, nothing has been left to chance. To make your visit to the FrancoFolies both pleasant and secure, first aid teams from the Canadian Red Cross Society patrol the site during festival hours, and there are two first aid stations on site.
The first aid stations are located in the following areas:
- De Bleury Street, north of De Maisonneuve Boulevard (open 5 p.m. to midnight)
- De Montigny Street, west of St. Laurent Boulevard (open 6 p.m. to midnight)

A free wheelchair loan service is offered through the Info-Francos 201 kiosk at the corner of Ste. Catherine Street and Jeanne-Mance Street. Wheelchairs are clearly marked with an orange flag, and persons who use this free service will be asked to fill out a form and provide proof of identity (a valid driver’s licence or health insurance card). Wheelchairs must be returned before the site closes.

- Weather
-
Weather conditions
While Montréal weather is usually favourable in June, with seasonal norms between 12 and 23 degrees Celsius, bad weather cannot be ruled out. Festival-goers are therefore advised to dress accordingly.
Rain or shine
The FrancoFolies de Montréal policy is that no outdoor show will be cancelled due to rain. If an event must be delayed, it will resume as soon as conditions allow and end at the time specified on the programming schedule.
